The NAMSS Credentialing Specialist Certification Preparation Course will help you review to do your best and contribute your skills to the field.
Consisting of nine modules, this course is designed to be extremely practical, and focused on real-world outcomes. Participants will learn concepts, and will put them to work in a variety of scenarios they are likely to encounter in the credentialing process.
The NAMSS Credentialing Specialist Certification Preparation Course is designed to look at the application of basic knowledge to common challenges; it does not teach the basics. Similarly, the certification exam focuses on application of knowledge, not memorization.
Taking the NAMSS Credentialing Specialist Certification Preparation Course does not guarantee success on the certification exam.

NAMSS Credentialing Specialist Certification Preparation Course will be held on the following dates at locations around the country:
June 19-20, 2009 - Hyatt Regency O’Hare, Chicago, IL. Early Bird Registration Ends May 20. Register online.
October 3-4, 2009 - Grand Sierra Hotel and Casino, Reno, NV. NAMSS Annual Conference. Registration for this event will be offered with NAMSS Annual Conference Registration.
November 2-3, 2009 - Bally’s Atlantic City, Park Place and the Boardwalk. In conjunction with the NJSAMSS Chapter Meeting. Early Bird Registration Ends October 2. Register online. This course is worth 14.0 CE credits.

Registration for the NAMSS Credentialing Specialist Certification Preparation Course is separate from the registration for state or chapter events. Registration for the NAMSS Credentialing Specialist Certification Preparation Course is organized through NAMSS. Online registration for the April, June, and November courses is NOW OPEN! When registering for a course select the register online link below the preferred course dates and locations. Please refer to each course to determine early bird registration deadlines.
Space is limited so we encourage all registrants to pay with a credit card whenever possible. For those persons seeking reimbursement from their organization, please note that receipts will be mailed to all registrants.

Registrations are not complete until payment is received - even those taken over the telephone! We must receive your payment a minimum of two weeks prior to the event or will release your space to another registrant.

NAMSS Announcement - CPCS Online Practice Exam
2/4/2009 -- New! CPCS Online Practice Exam consists of 40 questions. The intent of the practice exam is to give you experience with taking an online exam, the format of the questions, and the type content you’ll see on the certification exam. You will have 180 minutes to complete the practice exam. You cannot reenter the exam once you have submitted it for scoring. Your score on the practice exam is NOT predictive of your score on the certification exam. The practice exam does NOT have a passing score. (CPMSM Online Practice Exam is also available online.)
