2019 NYSAMSS Annual Conference

Event Date: Thursday, May 9, 2019 - Friday, May 10, 2019 Plan on joining us for the 2019 NYSAMSS Annual Conference, May 9 - 10, 2019, at the Albany Marriott, Wolf Road, Albany, NY.  Registration will open the evening of May 8th, and we will be hosting a topic-of-interest session followed by the opening night reception. 

CLP SPECIALIST - Imaging Advantage

 Imaging Advantage is seeking highly motivated individuals to join the Physician Services Team.


Based in Phoenix, Imaging advantage is the largest provider of cloud based radiology services in the US with more than 500 radiologists and 450 facilities connected to the Imaging Advantage platform.   The location for this position is in Bedford Hills, NY (northern Westchester County area).


Credentialing, Licensing, Privileging (CLP) Specialists are responsible for assuring professional provider privileges and licenses are kept current, maintaining a highly functioning quality organization characterized by teamwork, cooperation, workflow efficiency and customer service.

Operational Responsibilities:


- Work with physicians to prepare applications for all initial applications and reappointments in a timely and complete manner


- Build strong working relationships with medical facilities and provider offices.  Provide assistance and excellent customer service to both external and internal clients


- Coordinate background checks and other onboarding process and documentation as appropriate


- Maintain all necessary information in CLP database and/or electronic files from credentialing process to include scanning of materials as appropriate


- Maintain confidentiality and security of all credentialing files.



Required Qualifications:


-High school diploma, associate or bachelor degree preferred

-Minimum of 2 years professional experience, credentialing experience preferred

-Comfortable with technology, proficient in MS Word
