Thursday Only:            $200              $250

Friday Only:                 $175              $225

 

Registration fee includes:  Program attendance, conference materials and all food/refreshment breaks.  A $195 cancellation fee per individual will be charged if registration is can­celed less than one (1) week prior to the program.  No cancellations will be accepted on the day of the program.  Substitutions will be accepted.
